The remain full balance must be paid no later than 1,5 month before the start date of the rent.
Payments have to be made via bank transfer (proof of payment to be sent for each transfer).

Security Deposit
When booking your property, a security deposit will be asked for your stay.
The amount will be mentioned in the rental agreement and must be done by bank transfer at the same time as the remaining full balance.
