Booking Policy

You can rent a car by simply filling the form "Request Information". If you are in a hurry, you can contact us on WhatsApp +33 6 07 21 19 61, or by email at info@alestatravel.com The booking is provided entirely free of charge. The credit card number is to confirm the booking, we don’t charge anything. You will be charged when take the car.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be done at least one week in advance to receive the entire amount. From one week to two days before they proceed to collect 50% of the total amount. If cancellation is made two days before the requested date, you will be charged the full amount.

Location

We offer flexible options for the pick-up and drop-off location: you can get your car at the airport, at your villa, at your hotel or at the rental car agency. If you require a pick up at the Villa, please indicate the Villa location with a Google map link.
