What are the cancellation policy to confirm a booking ?
The cancellation policy is defined in the contract of each villa, hotel, boat, activities and services.
Usually the cancellation policy permits you to benefit from a certain period to cancel your trip.
What is the security deposit?
It applies on every villa rental. It is a guarantee in case a damage happens during the stay. The security deposit is paid and received before your arrival date. The amount of the security deposit depends on the rented villa and it is defined in the contract. The deposit will be reimbursed after the departure date and the review of the check out.
When booking your property, a security deposit will be asked for your stay in case of an eventual damage.
Each villa has a different amount and will be mentioned in the rental agreement. It must be done by bank transfer at the same time as the remaining full balance.
What are the Booking policy to confirm a booking ?
To confirm your booking, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount (proof of payment to be sent within a maximum of 3 working days) following the approval and signature of the rental agreement.
The remain full balance must be paid no later than 1,5 month before the start date of the rent. Payments can be made via wire transfer.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when you have signed the contract with the terms agreed and you have paid the first down payment defined per contract. You will be asked to send us the proof of payment, and as soon as the funds will be received you will receive the confirmation of the booking per email. The final payment and the security deposit transfer will have to be done to finalise the whole booking before you arrival.

How can I get all the information of the booking?
All other details of your booking, such as the exact pin location of the villa or the meeting point with the captain of the boat will be sent by email and the persons concerned will be aware of your arrival to welcome you.
During your stay
Can I reach someone locally?
During your trip and after, you will be in contact with an Alesta Travel member who will help you if you have any question or help needed.
Who will welcome me at arrival in the destination?
Your whole trip will be planned before your arrival, you will be in contact with an Alesta Travel member who will give you all the details regarding your arrival (contact, location details, meeting point, etc).
After your trip
How can I get back my security deposit?
It will be defined in the villa contract. The deposit will be reimbursed after the departure date and the review of the check out.
Who can help me to get an invoice?
You can make a request through our Form in Become a Partner. Please give us as much information as you can regarding the dates of your rental and the reference of the request invoice.
Our team will review it and will call you to get more details if needed.
What are the cancellation policy with the Covid situation ?
During the Covid, we propose a special cancellation policy.
We check with you the possibility of postponing your dates or even the full reimbursement of your trip.
Our Covid policy is defined in all our contracts.
What are the booking policy with the Covid situation ?
During the Covid, the first payment accepted to confirm the booking is between 30% to 50% of the total amount, depending on the villa or the boat requested.

If you would like to register a boat or a villa with us, you can submit it through our Form in Become a Partner.
Our team will review it and will call you to get more details, validate the integration of your villa, hotel, boat, activity or service to Alesta Travel.
After registering, you will be able to access all the documents through your Personal Account.
